All Drivers must enter to race online each Monday of a race meeting
All vehicles must be Scrutineered before 5.30pm on Race Day
All Drivers must be financial members of the Woodford Glen Speedway Association

Grand Parade: Starts at 6.15pm

Pit Information
Pit gate opens at 3pm
Entry to the pits via this gate is for drivers and staff in vehicles only
There is no pedestrian access at this gate. All pedestrians must enter at our public gate which opens at 4pm.
Scrutineering Information and CVI (Green Sheet)
All race cars must be registered with Speedway New Zealand via their website and pass Comprehensive Vehicle Inspection prior to each new race season. C.V.I can be booked at your choice of place or at the track on practice or race days. C.V.I must be booked
Driver only at place of appointment, no crew members etc
A minimum fee of $25.00 payable on scrutineers arrival (within city limits) No charge for C.V.I's done at the track
A zero tolerance on verbal abuse and violence policy will be enforced
C.V.I can be arranged for out of town vehicles. Contact us for details
Preparation for C.V.I:
Vehicle on axle stands with wheels off
Body, wing and bonnet must be removed
Seat belts to be fitted to vehicle, race ready
All wheels ready for stamping
